Paypal provides different local payment options depend on your location. You can pay by Direct Debit If you are in Germany. Please follow the instructions below:

1.)  Select PayPal during Checkout

2.) Select "Don't have a Paypal Account"

3.) Select "Germany" in Country column.

4.) Then you can find the Direct Debit option
