Why did I receive a failed authorization notification for my transaction?

This usually happens when you provide an incorrect Verification Code or the incorrect Expiration Date of your credit card. Please try again and input the correct numbers to complete your transaction.

 

This notification can also be received for two reasons: either the transaction was declined by the issuing bank or your country or region does not support Paypal. Please check with your bank or check the PayPal supported countries.

 

If you find that your region is not supported by Paypal, then you may alternatively use Google Checkout to complete your order.

 

Please follow the steps below:

 

1. First, add all the products into your shopping cart.

 

 

2. Then click this link:
https://store.reallusion.com/Basket.aspx?gateway=google

 

3. Look for the Google Checkout button. Click it, and follow the instructions to finish the purchase process.

 

 

*Please note: When your purchase is made via Google Checkout, then the delivery email will be sent to your Reallusion member account instead of your Google account email. Please allow a few hours for the order to process completely.
